I don't think he ever imagined it would take us 11 months! Jeff patiently showed us just about every home on the market in Winter Park Pines from November 2005 until September 2006. He was enthusiastic and honest with us from start to finish and I always felt like I could tell him (or e-mail him) exactly what I was thinking.

Jeff was very efficient, responded to all of my e-mails quickly, and we didn't even have to go meet him to sign the contract because he scanned and e-mailed it to us. He was always willing to work around my "mommy schedule", nap schedule, and even watched our daughter while my husband and I took a good look at a few homes. Although it may have taken us longer to find a home than he was probably use to, we never felt pressured and we ended up with exactly what we initially told him we were looking for.

My husband is in the mortgage business and he was very impressed throughout the whole process as well and we would both recommend Jeff to anyone!
